Cooking courses

Fresh Pasta, Lasagna, Gnocchi, Tiramisu, Cantuccini, Pizza, any specific customized requests will be managed from time to time. It's It is possible to organize special courses for celiacs or vegans only upon express request and priced according to Number of person. Course progress. Each course lasts approximately 1 hour up to a maximum of two hours. The course ends with lunch or dinner where the dishes prepared during the course will be served. Approximately the duration of the entire experience lasts from three to 4 hours in total.

The experience is aimed at an audience of people with all levels of preparation. Issue of certificate of participation in the course. Pizza Course:Creation of a fast-rising and sourdough-rising dough. Learning manual kneading technique.
