Our expert Truffle Hunter and his best 4-legged friend will guide you to discover the refined world of truffles walking through lush and uncontaminated woods

The program: Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our expert Truffle Hunter and his faithful friend who will accompany you on the excursion and introduce you to this fantastic universe. There will be a theoretical part that will cover the world of truffles in a broad spectrum: from basic notions, to history, to curiosities about plants, habitat, cuisine, tools and dogs. There will be stories, myths, legends and experiences lived over the years. Our expert Truffle Hunter will accompany you in the woods on a truffle hunt and will illustrate the various types of truffle present in Tuscany in different periods of the year, the natural habitat, the research and extraction techniques and many other aspects. At the end of the walk, you will be accompanied to our restaurant ``La Ripa Bianca``. where lunch or dinner will be served.
